Everyone’s skin is unique. We all age at different rates based on genetics, skincare routine, sun exposure, smoking, lifestyle habits, etc. On average, results will last about 12 months and up to 3 years depending on the aforementioned factors.
Is there any discomfort during the procedure?
Some degree of discomfort is expected. We do our best to make every treatment as comfortable as possible and apply a topical numbing gel before treatment. We also offer nitrous oxide as an additional option for anxiety and pain control. And if that isn’t enough we can lastly inject Lidocaine under the skin.
How does it compare to a traditional neck lift?
The traditional neck lift is a surgical procedure done in an operating room by a plastic surgeon under general anesthesia. It is usually done in conjunction with a traditional facelift. The surgery, in very simple terms, involves making an incision to physically pull your skin and the underlying structures of the face, while also removing excess skin. The skin is then sutured back together. Recovery from this surgery is typically a few weeks. With the non-surgical neck lift using Morpheus8, the procedure is done in our Med Spa in under 1 hour, you can drive yourself home, you will not have any incisions, and recovery is 1-3 days.
Can I combine this with other facial treatments?
Yes, Morpheus8 can be used in the same treatment session, or a few days after other treatments.
